Lockbox or Locked Out?

Every seller knows that the chances of selling fast and for the most money increase with the number of showings on a property. That is why RE/MAX Heritage suggests the use of lockboxes to facilitate showings. Let’s face it, when brokers from out of town want to show their customers a string of homes in the area, they don’t want to have to go and pick up a key and return a key for each property at local offices– so they select homes to show their relocation customers that are on lockboxes. We wouldn’t recommend lock boxes if we didn’t trust that they were completely secure. We can honestly say, we’ve never had a problem.
